Purchased Developer Support Hours, but not showing in account

I purchased developer support hours on my eBay developer account. This was paid through PayPal and shows as being paid. It has been several weeks since I purchased. Anyone know how to get these applied?

Did you get this resolved? Did you activate Support on your account prior to buying time?

I noticed that I needed to change my account from Inactive to Active.

I would not be silent if eBay took $250 from me and did nothing. I would be contacting every executive directly through LinkedIn, X, Facebook until this was fixed. 

I am going to need support eventually so that's why I ask.
