Is anyone else having the "Issue with creating keyset. Please try again later" error? I've tried clearing cookies and also allowing cookies. Could it be that my developer account is new?

Same issue for me, from the UK if that makes any difference. Signed up yesterday, approved this afternoon, however will not let me create a production keyset, message returned "Issue with creating keyset. Please try again later".

Created a sandbox keyset okay, just not production.

Is it me or are there no test items on sandbox either (drone, phone, tablet, car, vehicle, anything)?

I haven't tested out sandbox mode but will try it. It sucks we can't submit a support ticket without paying for "premium service" so I haven't found a way to see if its something on eBay's end that they can fix.

I was able to get someone through the customer service chat. They created a report and told me to try creating a keyset in 24-48 hours. If it's an issue on their side hopefully that will give it some visibility to fix it.

I also spoke to eBay customer service via chat, and the representative said he'd forward the issue to technical support, but he wasn't able to offer any sort of timeline and said I wouldn't be directly notified if it was fixed. I just have to keep trying every 24 hours apparently.
