Payouts Showing TotalTransactionCount but No Transactions Available (INITIATED & SUCCEEDED Status)

Hi Team / Community,

We are facing an issue where we are unable to retrieve the associated transactions for certain payouts, even though the payout response clearly shows a totalTransactionCount greater than 0.

Issue Details:

• Using the payout API, we are receiving payouts with totalTransactionCount: 1 

• The payout status for these is either:

  • INITIATED, or

  • SUCCEEDED

Despite these statuses:

• When we try the GET /sell/finances/v1/transaction?filter=payoutId:{payoutId}, we are not getting any transactions within the response.
  If someone knows about it kindly response so that it would get clear for us and easy to understand.
