GetMyeBaySelling call do not return PromotionalSaleDetails info

In the last month I have noticed that GetMyeBaySelling call does not provide PromotionalSaleDetails.StartTime and PromotionalSaleDetails.EndTime data for some auctions, and as of a few days ago it stopped providing data for all auctions.

I check the Deprecation status page regularly and I haven't come across any information about this. Not even on the GetMyeBaySelling API Reference page does it say that these data are depreciated.

Am I missing something? Has anyone else noticed this? Is this a bug or an undocumented change?
