I have the same problem, when tried to register the developer account. Without any reasons for failure to register, so that how to solve the issue?
I have to emphasis to say that our team own a shop and wish to link Ebay API, so that it's a good way to help us to get static data and do the analysis from getting orders data.
In order to do so, we have to register the developer account, and get the sandbox environment to test. Finally, when the system build up and we switch to the Production environment from Test environment.
Currently, because of failure registration, there is no way to do above. Please help to solve the problem that we are facing, even a few reasons let us know why it failed to register, thanks !
