I receive this error after trying to create a developer account.
Your account registration was rejected due to problems with the data provided or other irregularities. If you believe this rejection is in error, please see our FAQs and Contact Channels page or work with your eBay representative directly.
I filled out the form on the dev support page a couple of times but have not received any response. Is there a place where I should direct questions about this?

Also having this issue. Anyone figure out the solution yet? I've gone to support and submitted my information as an "appeal" I suppose, but no confirmation emails, no informational emails, or anything. Was simply rejected with zero explanation and following the steps eBay provides has led me nowhere.

We cannot register a developer account despite multiple tries on that form...
Its been weeks and still nothing, will try and get in touch with eBay support ig????
EDIT:
Main eBay customer support told us that the developer team watches these forums and are possibly just backed up. The only option given to us was to re-submit the form for the 4th time
