Hi, I'm facing an issue where the Client Secret is not displayed in the Developer Portal even though:
- Production App ID and Cert ID are successfully created.
- The portal shows “Support for this contact is activated.”
- The blue banner indicates I can submit support tickets.
However, the “Submit a Request” button is not visible, and I am unable to reach Developer Support via the portal.
I've already contacted dev-support@ebay.com and mipsupport@ebay.com, but received no reply.
Is there any way to resolve this issue or escalate it to the right team?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
