Hi @van1p_74 - the contracting entity would follow the site you choose to register your account with, unless otherwise specified in the above paragraph. For example, if you registered your account on eBay Italy (eBay.IT), the contracting body would be the Albert-Einstein-Ring address, as Italy is within the EU but not in the UK.

Thanks Tyler, that's pretty much what I figured had happened, but just wanted to get it confirmed. Frankly, I'm fine with the way that works, but I just never realized it before. Now, if we can just get immediate payment when a buyer accepts our offer or counter-offer.......Coming soon, I hope, I hope, I hope.....
@my-cottage-books-and-antiques - me neither! I always assumed your counteroffer died when the buyer countered it, but there you have it!
Also, I'm hoping right along with you on the immediate payment on Best Offer acceptance. What a great day that would be!
