how to accept bids

To the best of my knowledge, sellers don't have the option of accepting bids.  That happens automatically.  Are you perhaps referring to accepting offers?

Use the auction style listing that allows bidding.

To accept an offer, click on 'review offer', then click on 'accept offer', I believe then you accept it again.  They wait for the buyer to pay.
