English marks on sterling pocket watch

I got a beautiful silver pocket watch with an art Nouveau flower with a cameo style lady in the center. Its an open face watch. I opened the back case and found these marks. I know the lion indicates silver content apparently from Glasgow but does anyone know what the other marks mean?

Argent is French for silver.

Not English hallmarks, and what you call a lion looks like a bear to me.  I would try researching hallmarks of Switzerland; French is one of their official languages.

Thank you so much! That makes a little more sense. This is the front and back of the watch. The hands look like they might be karat gold, how much, I'm not sure. It wasn't as easy to pry off the back. Its not like a hunter case where you can open the front as well. Everything is done through the back.

OOOHHHH!~ Lovely Art Nouveau lady on the back of that! I wouldn't call it a cameo, a cameo is carved Smiley Happy
