I bought the watch shown below from a pawn shop. The case was badly scratched, and the (non-original) band was two sizes too small. However, the crystal and dial are perfect and the movement works perfectly. I've polished the scratches from the case and have a nice band on order.
The watch is a "Baume & Mercier Classima Executives L Dual-Time," that sold in the "just over $2,000" range when new. The model is "3875388."
eBay shows no record of any ever having been sold here. Google has only the one image shown below and no other records of it. This is a discontinued model and apparently, VERY rare.
How does one go about evaluating the potential price of such a rare item?

Google “Bob’s Watches”. They’re located in California. You can locate their contact info. They are reputable and reliable. I have both bought and sold watches from and to them. I’m sure they will be happy to accommodate you.
