trading api - call usage limit has been reached

I received 518 Error code with message "Your application has exceeded usage limit on this call, please make call to Developer Analytics API to check your call usage"

For GetSellerListRequest,

ReviseInventoryStatusRequest and etc

Why?

In developer/analytics/v1_beta/rate_limit/?api_name=tradingapi i have remaining 5000 for this methods

To protect eBay's infrastructure and servers from being overloaded and/or destabilized, the GetSellerList and ReviseInventoryStatus calls has a short-duration call rate limit to restrict bursts of very high traffic. If you continuously encounter error code 518, we suggest contacting the developer technical support team for assistance.
