ebay sdk is returning the invalid UpdateTime for GetCategories API

There was an issue with the GetCategories API call where the UpdateTime field was returned in an unexpected format. This issue has now been resolved. You can always check the API Status  to stay informed about any ongoing issues with eBay APIs.
