I have made multiple eBay Sandbox accounts and yet whenever I try to sign in with them on the Sandbox website it gives me the message "We ran into a problem. Please try again later." Other forum posts have suggested this is a long-standing problem that eBay has long been unable to solve as there has been no resolution to any of them. I'm asking the people here who actually get things done (eBay developers)--as eBay has been of no help whatsoever: how do I resolve this issue?
