Simple Delivery via Trading API (UK private sellers) — automatic or configurable?

Hi everyone,

For UK private sellers, is Simple Delivery automatically applied to eligible listings created via the Trading API (no explicit flag/policy required)? If not, could you point me to the API documentation explaining how to enable/configure Simple Delivery via the API?
