I am using ReviseInventoryStatus to update solely the quantity of items. And yet this error keeps coming up:
<ShortMessage>Category change denied.</ShortMessage>
<LongMessage>Category change denied. You cannot change the category for this item.</LongMessage>
This applies to articles that are sold on multiple eBay sites but only some site items create this error where others change the quantity without errors (same SKU!).
"Category change denied" should only occur when revising whole items...
