Hello, I have a problem with my eBay listings. The description fields are now not loading properly on the screen. They have been working well for several years. I have not made any changes to the template. They should load in one go. But now the description fields are not loading fully, and have their own internal scroll bars, which means that users have to use this scroll bar to see the whole listing. I have asked a professional web developer but he says the problem is on eBay's side. However, I have looked at listings put up by other sellers and they do not seem to be experiencing the same problem. Do you have any idea what may be the problem?
