SellerVacationNote not showing up for a seller on holidays

Hi there guys

I have been using the ebay SDK for quite some time, but today noticed that the tag SellerVacationNote for the method GetItemCall isn't getting populated for the below item, even though the information about the seller's vacation shows up both on the item (banner at the top says "The seller is away until 06 Jul, 2024. Add this item to your Watchlist to keep track of it.") and on the seller's storefront (banner at the top says "The seller is away until Sat, 06 Jul, 2024. Expect a delay in delivery until they return.").

Would anyone have an idea on the reason why?

GetItem call returns the SellerVacationNote field only when the seller of the item is currently on vacation and has configured a custom message to display to potential buyers through Time Away settings.
