How to get a refund on shipping labels

Hi. I sold a football card with the eBay standard envelope option and when I went to print shipping label they don’t let me do it for some bug issues going on with that option. So, to not get a bad seller feedback for not send the card on time I bought a USPS First Class shipping label. How can I get a refund for the extra money I spent on the shipping label?

If you used the First Class label, there's nothing to refund.

@luiavile-80 No one here can see your account so replying based on what you wrote. Were you even charged for the standard envelope since it wouldn't print? You'll need to look at your account first to see if there was a charge. Anytime you are charged for a label you do not use, you can cancel that label and submit for a refund of the charge. It normally can take up to 3 weeks to arrive in your account. Best of luck to you....
