Ebay Standard Envelope - Can't select option when printing label

I list a football card and I choose eBay standard envelope option. Now that the card just sold I went to print shipping label but it don’t let me do it.

you might not be able to use from PR to US.

It is also not available for me.  Worked fine on Saturday, not working Monday morning.   Hopefully just a system problem that eBay will resolve soon.

Same problem today (Monday 9/5/22).  Called into eBay and they said they would look into it.   This is going to be a nightmare if they don't address this today.

I reach them on chat, here is the reply:

"Upon checking here, the reason as to why this happened is because we have an on going site issue. Our offline technical team is already aware of the problem and is now currently working on a fix. Here's what I can do, I'm going to add your account to the list of accounts that are currently affected by the issue and for the meantime kindly wait for at least 24 to 48 hours and try to use the feature again. If issue still persist, most likely fixing the issue is still on going. We appreciate your patience and thank you for bringing this to our attention."
