Turn the card over. Do you have the first and last 4 digits? If so, look at that string of numbers and letters printed on the very bottom left corner. Once you find the beginning number the next 8 numbers are the next numbers in the redemption code. Provide the last 4 numbers and that's your 13 digit redemption code.
