Trying to indentify this doll

I am trying to identify this doll. I am liquidating my parents estate and found this in a cupboard.

There are no legs. I'm guessing they're probably were at some point.  now it's just loose material inside the legs of the pajamas it's wearing. It is stuffed with wool, I believe. It gives me the creeps. I have it listed for sale with good photos , but I don't know very much about it. Actually , I know nothing about it, except that it's old....and creepy 🤣🤣. Seriously, any guidance is appreciated.

Technically it's not antique, so your listing title is incorrect. It's a composition baby doll from the 1930-40s. It likely never had legs, as it was common to just have stuffed legs.
