Has anyone else had an issue with receiving brand new Mill Hill Buttons and Beads kits from a wholesale distributor that has Just Another Button Company buttons substituted for genuine Mill Hill buttons?
I just received 5 kits from a wholesale distributor that contain JABC buttons instead of MH buttons. The distributor states that they will charge me a restocking fee to return them, because it is the vendors fault. I cannot sell these kits without MH buttons. Some of the JABC buttons do not even look like the MH buttons on the cover photo of the kit. Anyone else had this problem?

"I just received 5 kits from a wholesale distributor that contain JABC buttons instead of MH buttons. The distributor states that they will charge me a restocking fee to return them, because it is the vendors fault".
As a seller yourself you should realize that the seller is who is responsible for the return to the wholesaler, not you. File an Item Not As Described (INAD) dispute using the More Actions button on your purchase history page, select as the reason, Doesn't match photos or description. The seller will have 3 days to send you a return shipping label or issue a refund if they do not want to pay the return shipping cost. If they do neither on day 4 use the ask ebay to step in button on the dispute which will appear above your purchase history list.
To get a little more clarity about your issue, which seems a bit off the way you have written it, post the ebay item number for the purchase.
If the seller or wholesaler sends you a message that does not appear in the dispute, do not reply to it. You only deal with messages sent through the dispute itself.
As for restocking fees, they are not allowed to be charged if an item is not as described, unless the seller also has Free Returns, then the seller can do that.
