This buyer purchased my item on 19 Jan 2018.
Bandai Tamashii Nations One Piece Figuarts Zero Cavendish Action Figure
I sent item via Hong Kong Post. Tracking number is valid.
Delivered on 24 March 2018.
Unfortunately, buyer opened eBay case on 15 March 2018 made a complaint not received item for request refund. But...parcel still in-transit. I am big chance lose eBay case becuase tracking status not shown delivered. Poste Italiane handling slow is not my problem. I cannot control delivery time. I am fully explained to him and send all information related this parcel. He is not trust me. When parcel delivered. I contacted him for request send back money to me. I sent eBay email to him. He is no any reply. I contacted eBay & PayPal customer servive, They are no way help me solve the problem.
This seller very familiarity eBay policy to scam my goods and money. I am very angry.
All eBay seller and buyer. Don't business with this Italy buyer
