I can't seem to figure out if this is considered an "Angry Bird" or not. If not, would anyone know what or who it is?Thanks

Though he may be an "angry" looking bird, that is actually "Sam the Eagle", a character from The Muppets. This ornament was made by a company called Sigma. Hope that helps!
