GI Joe Action Figure Identification

Hello,

I cant for the life of me find anything on either of these 2 11" GI Joe action figures.  Can anyone please help?  Are they generic figures or do they have a name? I have a tremendous amount of GI Joe stuff that I will be listing, any site for reference help would also be greatly appreciated.  They are both marked 1996 Hasbro Inc. Pawtucket RI
