Doll with Teddy Bear - who is she?

Hoping to find her name - she is 16" tall - body is cloth.

Did you undress the doll and look for a marking or brand name?  How about the inside of the clothing?

May not have a name or brand.  Likely the made in China sticker fell off.

It looks like the doll is holding a dog to me not a teddy bear (of course I could be wrong).

The front view does look like a cartoonish dog but the side view definitely looks like a teddy bear.
