Anybody Know the Name of This Doom (?) Character?

Found this bottle opener (I think that's what it is) the other day in a bag of fridge magnets. I think it is a character/monster  from a Doom game. It's marked on the back: "2018 Bethesda Softworks LLC, a Zenimax Media company." If you know its name and what Doom game it's from, I'd much appreciate that info.
