Is This New or Used?

Hi,

I haven’t sold anything on here in a while, and action figures are not my forté. I’d really appreciate a little help. Could you take a look at this and let me know if you would call it new or used? I’d consider it new w/shelf wear or card has some slight bending on 4 corners, please refer to pics, but that’s not an option. Do I need to go with used to be safe?

If they are sealed,I would sell as new as they are new.I would also be very descriptive both with words,and photos of anything that could be considered a flaw and let the buyer decide as some just want the toy to play with and others will display them as a collection and even the packaging condition might matter to them.
