I need to get Shipping service details for Germany. Fullfilment policy required "shippingCarrierCode" and
"shippingServiceCode" but I could not get valid options from trading api "GetebayOptions" with <DetailName>ShippingServiceDetails</DetailName>. It returns "Unknown Error".
When I get them from real api this time creating fullfilment policy returns error "Please select a valid shipping service." So I could not create offer without fullfilment policy etc.
