Unable to Log In to eBay Sandbox Account – “Oops, that’s not a match” Error

I’m encountering persistent issues logging into my eBay Sandbox account. I’ve created multiple test users today, but every time I attempt to log in, I receive the error message: “Oops, that's not a match” after entering the password. The system accepts the username, so it seems to be specifically an issue with the password recognition.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

1. Attempted to reset the password, but the issue persists.
2. Created multiple new test users with fresh credentials, all facing the same error.
3. Tried logging in from different browsers and in incognito mode.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Sandbox logins, especially with this specific error message? Are there any additional troubleshooting steps, or is there currently a known issue with the eBay Sandbox environment?

We are experiencing the same thing.  Yesterday, our sandbox credentials gave us access.  Today, they mysteriously fail.  We've reset the password a couple of times and still get the same response as you,

today it is working. Seems that it needs a bit time to be seted up. But i see only the token after singing in. No way to list irtems or buy them. Hopefully it will work after some time.
