After registering as a developer, I even created an account for the sandbox. I can't check the product listing screen in the sandbox, so is there a separate URL?
Isn't the product registered through API checked on the sandbox account?
This is the sandbox environment URL we accessed.

To list an item in sandbox, you can use the Trading API or Inventory API. For more details, Please see the API guide below:

After successfully listing the item, you should be getting the ItemID/listingId for the listing. In the Item View Page URL: https://sandbox.ebay.com/itm/ENTER_ItemID_HERE, replace the ENTER_ItemID_HERE with the ItemID/listingId to see the item view page on Sandbox.

Is there any screen I can check after listing the product through API in the sandbox?
I'm inquiring because I don't think there is a seller center for sandboxes.

As we mentioned above, after successfully listing the item, you should be getting the ItemID/listingId for the listing.

In the Item View Page URL: https://sandbox.ebay.com/itm/ENTER_ItemID_HERE, replace the ENTER_ItemID_HERE with the ItemID/listingId to see the item view page on Sandbox.
