Not able to access keys for handling eBay Marketplace Account Deletion Notifications

Hi,

I am following the code provided by eBay on their GitHub (https://github.com/eBay/event-notification-nodejs-sdk) to handle eBay Marketplace Account Deletion Notifications. The config requires to input my <certid-from-developer-portal> and <devid-from-developer-portal>. However, these are not accessible on my account (https://developer.ebay.com/my/keys) as it says "Your Keyset is currently disabled" because I need to "Comply with marketplace deletion/account closure notification process". I would appreciate any guidance on how I can obtain the keys/handle these notifications.

In your account droplist, select Alerts and Notifications to reach the screen below.

Then select "Production" environment.

If you are developer for your own account use, or if you don't retain eBay data, you can select an exemption reason.

If you are planning to access the accounts of other users, and will store any data from those accounts, you must select "Platform Notifications" and set up your event management.
