How to request for new api keys

I need new keywords for a new project. I already have keys for a previous project but will not proceed with it. Can I just use those keys for my new project?

I use my same keyset for various tools that are under my control.

You can use the same Key-set for executing the API calls. If you still need a new Key-set for your use case, please see Knowledge Base Article: Requesting additional keysets

Thanks again. I have a new problem and this time it's coming from ebay not being clear and responding back to my emails. Please see my other thread recently opened.
