I'm trying to integrate ebay to our internal order handling/fufillment software. I've successfully made and published an offer in sandbox using

We're able to retrieve details of our offer, but we can't see it on the web interface, despite the fact the sandbox issues are marked as "resolved!"
How can we see it.
