Our file exchange token has expired. We use file exchange to bulk update prices and quantities (via CSV upload) for thousands of products.
USing the advanced instructions "generate token" link redirect us to our account login page, which we enter and immediatly we are redirected to an Error page. Analysing the network traffic, we notice this URL redirects to the error page: (vital information replaced with xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx)

We tried regenerating our token countless time, always the error page is served.
Anyone faced with this issue?
