Change sandbox keys by production keys

Good morning,
I generated sandbox keys to connect my ebay store to a dropshipping provider. Unfortunately, I had to generate production keys instead. It now makes it impossible to connect my shop to the supplier interface.
I would like to know how to have production keys instead of sandbox keys?

Don't know about the keys, but being a new seller, you'll be limited to a few items a month starting out.

And they can hold your funds for 30 days.

Go to your developer account and look for your production keyset:

It is not clear to me how you linked to your dropshipper. Did you give the dropshipper access to your eBay account? Or are you writing a program to access the dropshipper? Or has the dropshipper given you a program to access their site?
