Put off the store for a while. Learn your best practices and don't worry (too much) about sales at this point.
Some sales, especially those where you get a crazy demanding customer or underestimate your costs, are not worth having.
On average only about 40% of listings sell, so as a new seller with a tiny stock listed, you're doing okay.
PLEASE put the measurements into the listing. Manufacturers' sizing varies inversely with retail price. Yesterday I was wearing a 1X Jones New York dress and swimming in it. Today my 3X dress from Sears is a little snugger than I would like.
(DD normally wears size 8 or 10 pants. She has a pair of LuluLemon yoga pants that fit nicely and are marked Size TWO!)
List all 50 free auctions you can. When you are feeling more confident about eBay, add another 50 free by listing on eBayCANADA. (You can list in US dollars but shipping is only Flat Rate.)
When each of your free auctions expires, keep it in your Unsold list and add another garment as a new listing.
And consider Free Shipping within the USA. Again, this means using Flat Rates so you will need to put some thought into it. But understand that Free Shipping really means "the cost of shipping is included in the asking price' .
So if you are starting now at say $9.99 and shipping would cost $5 (or whatever) then you will now start your items at $14.99.
One unexpected side effect of higher starting prices, your customers will be nicer. The worst customers are the bottom feeders who troll for bargains and are never satisfied. The ones who pay a fair price are easy to deal with.
