Help with a grill - 1867 issue

I don't have access to my catalogs and stuff and my eyes aren't great. My only reference on hand (don't laugh) is a Mystic catalog and my albums. I googled it and didn't find much. It/s perf 12. The grill is about 12x15mm and looks like 14x18 points....

Promise Note

SPIRO KOBAN SHEETS OF JAPAN 1875-1880

RB23 Embedded Foreign Object
