I purchased the 2021 New Issue - Go For Broke Stamps.
In the 1st Photo what caught my attention was the Plate Number. It is a 2 color stamp With Plate Number B1 1. The B1 is Black with the second 1 being Red. As the photo shows, the Red 1 is not even with the B1. It is above. Notice the Red Words Printed on the stamp. The 3 lines of Red Print are shifted above the G in Go For Broke.
The 2nd Photo has a differently aligned Plate Number. the second 1 is only slightly higher that than the B!. The Red Words are shifted only slightly higher the letter G.
Looking through the listings on eBay the position of the Red 1 in the Plate Number varies from High, Slightly High, Even, and Lower than the Black B!. The 3 Red Text Lines as related to the G, Shift to reflect the position of the Red 1 in the Plate Number
Is there any significance to the different shifting versions of the color red other than normal printing. Photo 2
Photo 1 Over time can one assume different valuations?

That's a shift of the red inscription...registration is off...interesting but not really too valuable.
