Can anyone help identify these British stamps?

I have a few self adhesive postage stamps. They seem to be British with a machin QEII design but I can't seem to find them in my catalogue. Have I just overlooked them or are they something obscure?

They are from newspaper wrappers. See the page for a catalogue number. My guess it's a Gibbons number.
