Good way to fight depression is to be thankful.

Thank God for the good things He has provided.

I wrote a journal of good things that happened. It started out small but grew larger and larger.

God is awsome!

Carole-Mitch is having some more lumps pop out and a few other problems. Went to see his Oncologist today and he ordered another PET scan on Friday. He goes back on Monday to get the results.

Carole-- My dear friends sister has  brain Cancer.  She is now hospitalized and doesn't recognize her own family. Her name is Rita, she is in a hospital in Germany. Please pray that she is pain free and passes easily.

If we all had the patience of a Dog.......

Here I wait, for my friend who's late. I will stay, just to walk beside you for one more day.
