Hi All!
Keeping all prayer requests.
Just wanted to mention to those of you who did not know, Tia simply did not work out. Too much growling, tapping, snarling and BITING! She went back to her excellent home and was very happy.
Amazingly, on the same day on CL, a dog needed a home due to a divorce situation. A chihuahua-Jack Russell blend. Now I realize that those two breeds would not produce the loving little dog I wanted but Choopie was a purebred chihuahua. The fact he was un-chihuahua like was what I loved. Well, this little girl turned out to be such a sweetie who loes everyone. Outside of the fact that she must have the world's smallest bladder, she is just what I wanted. She is just turning one this month and is scheduled to have shots and be spayed on the 18th.
She really wants to play with Tori cat but Tori is not quite that ready. I have ordered a bag of catnip and am going to rub it all over the dog! 🙂
Meet Cami ~
Jan - When did you get a pug? I think they are adorable but tend to have breathing problems later on.
Spring has not come to Michigan and it snowed here this morning and stayed on the ground. Some place got several inches but we just got a dusting.
Have a beautiful weekend! :-x

Hi, Lynn. Cami is adorable! I love her coloring.
Am trying to stay on here as much as possible today since I will be going for my MRI tomorrow morning. I probably will miss church tomorrow as In have to be at the MRI place at 7:30 am. The place is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour away and hubby has decided to take me out for breakfast after the procedure.

So much love on here!!
Diane, prayers about your MRI.
Lynnie, adorable little girl! Love the stories! I hear joy in your heart again. 🙂
Carole dear, joyful lil sweetheart of ours!!
Sweet Jan, do you have a new "baby" too?
PRAYER REQUEST:
Pray for Pastor Rick Warren & family. Their 27 year old son committed suicide yesterday. That 's got to be the hardest thing to go thru!!

Lynn, Our yorkie got out the door, ran and was picked up by someone in about 15 minutes. That was 2 years ago. Last year a couple had a registered Pug they didn't want so I went to get her and without any prompting she jumped in the front seat and she is just the perfect dog. She is Hugh's constant companion. All I have to do is feed her and make sure she has water. Yes, she makes every snorkeling, snorting sound imaginable. She snores and makes whimpering sounds that sound human when she sleeps. She is a joy. We had a Jack Russell- chiuawawah(sp?)
How are you feeling?
Roxie, that is so sad about Pastor Warren's son. My nephew who was like my brother,Dean, would have been 50 yesterday had he not committed suicide at age 35 years. It is a death a person never gets over. So many questions- no answers.

Hello Everyone,
Spring has not completely sprung yet but it is in the air. I have decided to raise 5 acres of garden this year. I believe this is the time to raise food! One of my neighbors is going to help as I can not do it by myself anymore but I have the knowledge, tractors, equipment and plenty of land.
We usually raise a small garden but I think it will help me to be busy and the Lord has allowed me time for something? I am not sure what but I feel compelled to do this. It will be enough vegetables to feed three to four hundred people for a few months our growing season is not ideal here but it will do.
Lynn,
Good looking dog.
Jan,
Your posts are always uplifting.
Roxie,
Good to see you.
Carole,
Lots of love and hope. It is good you are over with the radiation.
Diane,
Hope all goes well. How is your son doing?
I know there must be some male lurkers out there give us a post.

Good afternoon, Everyone. My youngest son is doing fine, thank you. His nose should be healed in 7 to 8 weeks.
I went for my MRI this morning. Ended up listening to country-western music on an FM radio station during the MRI using earphones they provided for me. Now I have to wait for a call from my doctor to see what's happening next.

Good afternoon everyone!
Jan - I remember when you lost your dog and how awful it was. I never knew you got another one. I guess I have to have a dog, as well as a cat. She went to Melanie's last night where we had dinner and played cards. A houseful of kids and she was just great. She has little freckles around her nose and looks so cute.
Quiet day here. Ike went way downstate with Bob to haul home a truck. He needed Ike's big truck to haul it. Thet left early but will not be back until evening.
I am going to relax and watch movies all day. I am feeling much better since I stopped doing what I was not supposed to do in the first place.
Have a beautiful day!

OOPS!! I just made a mistake and erased my whole post to all of you!!
Diane, looking forward to hearing your MRI report. You are a good “updaterer”!
Jan, I think I remember about your new doggie. I believe you got it around the time I got busy again. But I’m so happy for you!
Roy, so great to hear from you, too. Glad you are going in a direction you feel moved to do. Is that the same land you were trying to sell?
Carole, so happy for you about the radiation ending. Are the doctors going to make a new plan for your back? You are in God’s mighty hands, and I know you know that.
Much love to all of you dear ones!! :-x

Lynn, we must be like you and just need a dog. After every one I say I don't want to get close to another but Lucy, our Pug, just sort of dropped in and is a perfect fit just like yours.
Roy, I am so happy that God has improved your health enough that you can have a garden of happiness!! So good to see you post. I have missed you.
My love to all.

Hello Again,
How is everyone tonight?
Roxie,
I have two ranches the one I had for sale is the big one. I just could not take care of it anymore and actually have not lived there for several years.
Jan,
Good to see you as well.

Good morning, Everyone. Regarding my MRI - Hubby will pick up the cd of the results on Friday. I have an appointment to see my surgeon on Tuesday, April 30th at 10 AM. Nothing more to report until then.

Roy -- Our friend would call it a "Victory Garden."
Diane -- Prayers for your upcoming doctor's report.
Jan -- I'm happy for your Lucy-pug.
Lynn -- Cami-dog is beautiful.
Roxie -- No radiation today -- yes! The area is still cooked and I spend time putting ointments and creams on it. Doctor says it will heal in two weeks.
My doctor has decided to do a biopsy of one of the bone area's on my back. I will need to schedule it.

Prayers for Pastor Warren and his family on the death of his son.
