Good afternoon!
My SIL-Carolee is flying home today. We so enjoyed her visit to us. She gave us a picture of my brother-Jerry who went to Heaven in September. He is sorely missed, but rejoicing in the wonders of Heaven!
Diane -- Prayers for your oldest son's job interview. May God direct him.
Roy -- Thank you for the Scripture! God's Word is AWESOME!!
Our numbers are down here on the Prayer Request Thread as many are on other avenues of internet communication boards.
Jan -- I have been praying for you and others here. My time in radiation gives me praying time and I use it.
Roxie -- We miss your presence here.
Lynn -- Prayers for your sweet memories of Choopie! What a privilege to have a pet so faithful!
ANSWERED PRAYER:
Bill is on another brand of his medicine and is doing better. Thank you for your prayers.
I had two radiation treatments -- seems to be going well.

Psalm 23
King James Version (KJV)
1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

A good verse to let us know our sins are forgiven, IF we ask Jesus to forgive us.
Psalm 51:2
King James Version (KJV)
2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

Getting ready for choir practice tonight even though I don't really feel like going. Since I'm going for my injection so early in the morning, I won't have the opportunity to stop by until later in the afternoon at the earliest. So I'll just say goodnight to everyone here.

I've been so busy with my online studies that what chat room posting time I have I usually spend in the Soapbox where, IMO, God's Word is really needed.
I would just like to share some website information with you once more. Chuck Missler's KI House offers a considerable amount of free information either to read or to listen to. For more than a year now I have opted to join the Koinonia Institute (KI) at a cost of $25 a month plus commentaries.
Chuck Missler has another website, KI Trust. Here too are lots of free to watch teachings/ commentaries/ Briefing Pack. All that is required is to have a user ID. Full disclosure, most of the commentaries only include one or two hours out of anywhere from 4 to 24 hours for the complete commentary. To be able to watch all the videos requires a premium membership costing $20 a month. As you can imagine, I have a paid membership there also. To date there are 42 Briefing Pack available and 19 Books of the Bible and more are being added daily. These I kick back and stream on my tablet.
Back to the freebies on KI trust, there is a weekly teaching that is also free on demand. The Koinonia Institute Challenge video is very interesting to watch.

Sallycp,
You are right about (in the Soapbox where, IMO, God's Word is really needed.)
I believe his word is also needed in other places.
