Roger
How was your day?
Prayers for you and your family.
Jan
Missing seeing you today.
Prayers continue for you and Hugh.
Roy
Snow? We had a little rain yesterday.
Thank you for the Scriptures and explaining the torture that Jesus endured for our salvation. It is difficult to understand such love!
Roxie
I'm so thankful to hear about the results of the conference. I so enjoyed the "Quilt of Holes."
I will post more tomorrow.

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God:
I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Carole I haven't been feeling well. Still trying to get a med that agrees with my body. I have the headache on and off every day.
Roxie-I love you because you love the Lord's delight in the children who follow his laws.
Gary-May Gods light shine on you.

Prayer. Do it often, read the Lord's Prayer. Then, speak from your soul about what is bothering you and ask for His help. Be honest and direct and humble and know that He will hear and respond to your prayer.
If you know of someone in need, help them! When you help someone else, you also help yourself, because when we do a good deed, we feel happy and useful and this is a wonderful and healing emotional feeling!
Whatever you do, never lose hope! No matter how hopeless or stressful the situation, there is always a way out, under or over it! To every problem, there is a solution. Look for the way out....and always turn to the highest power our Lord. He will show you how to do it and help you through.
Love and Prayers for All in Need

I can't stress this enough. When you learn to love yourself you have accomplished one of the most significant points in your life. We are busy beating up on ourselves for what we don't have or did not do. Instead of appreciating and cherishing what we do have. When we learn to love ourselves we learn to love others. Which in turn places us in harmony with the universe and causes less friction in our lives.
Just feel good about yourself!

The Goldmine Of SPIRITUAL WISDOM
King Solomon has much to share with us. He prayed with the people and praised God! He dedicated the grand magnificent Temple he built to honor the Lord and offered numerous sacrifices to honor Him. He also made many grain offerings before the vast assembly. Can you imagine the thousands of animals he sacrificed?
Here in these wonderful, wise Proverbs of King Solomon we can learn how very important it is to be faithful to God’s principles for life and living! King Solomon allowed sin to remain all around him and was eventually corrupted by it! Here we can learn the benefits of keeping the Lord’s principles as our first priority! Seeking His will and Way above all else! “Unless the Lord builds a house they labor in vain” Psalm 127. There are many things designed to distract one in life, to take us away from our God given purpose! Jesus Christ came that we could have a better, richer fuller life in every way! He overcame sin in the flesh for us! Knowing that Solomon was one of the wisest man to ever live, we can greatly benefit from his words of wisdom here in the Proverbs! Developing an ongoing relationship with the Lord will strengthen you spiritually. Upon the profession of your FAITH! He has given you His abiding internal and external gift of His Holy Spirit!
You can call upon Him as Lord and Savior!

Can also learn much from King Solomon. America was founded upon God’s principles. It is clear that there is a continual shift from those principles embraced by our founding fathers. One might not readily admit this but it is none the less true! In this 21st century our country, president, government and world leaders need much prayer! The Word tells us to pray for them! Experience is not always the best teacher! We can learn significant lessons from the mistakes of others and what has happened in the past. Godly wisdom is crucial! Certainly much can be learned from such a strong powerful world leader as King Solomon. Or we can elect to continue to go down the same path that leads one away from God and embrace the ways of the world!!! Yet we hear many ask “God Bless America!” Lord HELP us! The timeless principles of TRUTH within the Word of God remain the same!
May God continue to bless America

Here in The proverbs we find a “Goldmine of Spiritual Wisdom.” Being wise does not mean that we will not experience trouble in life. Many times it means just the opposite! Whenever looking for advice we should seek those who are wise and know the Word of God! Many seek advice from ungodly, worldly counsel. They are often advised to handle issues and situations in principles that are not from the Word of God! Sometimes Godly advice is not what you want to hear! But God’s Word is medicine for the soul! It brings healing! This is why it is important to know the Word of God for yourself. We are accountable to God for our actions! We grow spiritually when we seek out wise counsel and handle life situations in a way that pleases the Lord! The Proverbs were written to impart wisdom!
“Listen to advice and accept instruction, and in the end you will be wise.”

Loving the Lord is admirable! We are to love God and hold His Word as the standard by which we live. Although many are moving away from His Word we as believers, should still continue to embrace it wholeheartedly. It is what brings spiritual wholeness in our lives! We can ENJOY life when we truly know the Lord! We realize He has everything under HIS control!
Christ is going to return! Are you prepared? It is important to know who you are in Jesus Christ! We realize that He alone is Sovereign! “The fear of the Lord leads to life: Then one rests content, untouched by trouble.

Jesus told us that many things would happen! All of this points to the significant importance of having an ongoing relationship with the Lord! When trouble comes our way we can call on Him as, Savior and Lord!
We can always have “HOPE” in the Lord!
