Thank you Julia, I had decided before reading this to add less expensive jewelry because of my low # of feedbacks. And you are right, I do need to jazz up things with a logo, template,etc...which I have been looking into.
Oh, and about the neg. feedback, I really felt bad about the whole thing. The seller was new and I was one of his problem buyers because I did not know about the money exchange,etc...During the process of emailing each other he moved from one location to another.( still in the same town, I think) That is when he did not get my emails...but through it all he was a very nice person. I just got in over my head when the exchange of money finally was clear to me, the item was too expensive for what it was. I think he had every right to give me a negative, but wish it wasn't there. But I figured I had a lesson to learn and that was to READ CAREFULLY before getting excited over an item and bidding.
Today, is one of those day, I now have over 60 items in my store......and NO BIDS!
