PHOTO UPLOADER NOT WORKING!

The Photo Uploader is not working. I am trying to use it, as I always do, from a "sell similar" function, since I almost always clone my  listings from similar listings. Today, suddenly, the upload gets stuck at about 50% or else the little green circle just spins around and around.

Obviously eBay will have to fix this or we are all out of business.

Incidentally, I tried this on another browser. I usually work in Opera, but I switched to Edge. If anything the uploading was even worse. In Opera the upload attempt has been in progress for about half an hour now, and it actually more from 50% to 58%. In Edge it would not even begin. This is definitely a eBay problem. I have been able to upload images onto Facebook today.

I also experimentally tried to upload other images onto eBay, and even resized and renamed the one I was trying ton upload. Still the same result. This eliminates the possibility that something is wrong with the image.

They will either fix it or go out of business, because until they do, no new listings are possible.

 False alarm. It remains completely inexplicable, but it is not an eBay issue. I found I could not upload a picture to Facebook either, even though I had done so earlier in the day. I then shut down my system entirely and the problem went away. I had mysteriously lost the ability to put picture files (JPEGS) from my own computer onto the Web, thought I could copy pictures from elsewhere on the Web and post them. Many computer problems of course occur once, then go away as inexplicably as they began, cannot be repeated, and thus never truly happened. So ignore this thread. If someone can do it, you might delete this entire topic thread with my blessing.
