I have a Basic Store. Yesterday I cancelled my Seller Manager Pro and the following started happening.

1-I am trying to leave feedback and the page shows up blank. No way to leave feedback.

2- Also I can only print labels through the item detail page, if I try to print on the "awaiting shipment" page by checking off several orders and bulk printing, that page also shows up blank.

Any ideas? Was it my cancelation of seller manager pro? i doubt it.

When you cancelled SM Pro you were (probably) switched onto a different Orders page, and it's possible that the feedback page has been broken for you for a while and you didn't know it if you were leaving fb through SM.

The feedback page is blank except for the eBay headers and footers in Firefox 3.6.24 - that old browser just can't display some of the newer eBay pages like the feedback page, order details page, the new eBay shipping label flow page, and other pages like Seller Dashboard, Seller Hub, and others are sort of there but mangled and/or partially non-functional.

That is the "old" orders page in Seller Hub (I opted out of the new version and this version is an updated SM version sort of I think). May not load if you are in the new version, and you would need to switch to the old version (link in upper right maybe?) You should be be able to leave feedback there.

The bulk label issue - I dunno. There are reports in the forums here that bulk labels is messed up in various ways. The bulk shipping option on the "old" orders page might work. It brings up a "https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk?...." page which is part of the new label flow, and appears to work in FF31 (the new label flow single label page fails completely in FF31 but works in FF52)

My point there is that there are browser related issues with the new label flow. If you are getting a "https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk?...." page and that is the one failing I'd say you need to try another browser.

What OS / browser / browser version are you using?

hi

im using windows 10 / firefox 63.0.1 (64-bit).

i just tried chrome - i got to the feedback page but when i click leave feedback it takes me to blank page.

if i opt to OLD version can i opt back in the future?

I think if you opt out of the new Seller Hub Orders page and the change your mind you have to call eBay to get it put back. There is no link on my old page to go back to the new one, I'm not aware of any workarounds to do so although I looked and experimented trying to help someone else do so (I don't miss it so not an issue for me).

If you don't want to opt out of the new Orders view, or you do and that doesn't fix the problem, I'd suggest running a portable version of Firefox 52 (can be run alongside your FF63) to see if it works, but that takes a bit of work and awareness of what you are doing and where and how it is being used because security. (If more than just testing, definitely recommend using Adblock Plus or other adblocker to filter out third party eBay ads - which are about the only potentially risky elements on eBay.)

You could do a (safe-ish) limited experiment by just copying and pasting the feedback page URL into FF52 and going there. If the page works, it's a browser issue, and while you wait around for eBay/Mozilla/Google to fix the problems, you could armor up FF52 a bit with an adblocker, and use it for feedback and anything else on eBay that doesn't work (and continue to use FF63 for everything else.)

I concurrently run Firefox 2.0.20, 3.6.24, 31, and 52, no antivirus, but armored and sandboxed, going to unsafe places on the internet daily with ZERO issues - never gotten an infestation in 20+ years or even found anything in the sandbox. It is doable. (Posting this using Firefox 31, and do most of my eBay selling work and buying using FF3.6.24 from Nov 2011)

so i opted out of the old version and sure enough i cannot get back to new version. and i still cant see my orders or feedback page until i called ebay.

they guided me through a set of old links from 1998 which still work - so i bookmarked those pages.

get this - they put down my name so when they fix the problem theyll notify me.

anyway i can now get to my orders and feedback via some 1998 bookmarked links - thanks ebay.
