How do I sell from Canada and the UK using my ebay.com account. I have a large and successful USA account and I registered The Canada division and the UK division on ebay.ca and ebay.co.uk but they flagged them as fraud?? Since we can't talk to anyone on the phone and get a supervisor I cannot get this corrected? I need to be able to have More than 1 registered Business address and more than 1 Tax ID for tax purposes. There does not seem to be a way to do this?

You can not have multiple business on a single eBay account. That is obvious. 1 account per tax id.  As for the other concerns, not sure what you are asking. If your “divisions” truly domiciled in a country other than USA, then the primary ebay generally is in that country.  Although you can sell throughout the world based on how “YOU” set up the seller preferences. Not sure about the other countries, but eBay in the USA is open.  No major issues in getting a hold of someone.
