USPS will deliver to the building's postal "agent" in numerous locations, including apartment buildings with a concierge or doorman, townhouse developments with a management office, freight forwarders, facilities with mailrooms, etc. This has consistently registered a "delivered" status on the eBay orders page.
That's how it was up until approximately two and a half months ago. Due to the system's failure to acknowledge that packages have been delivered, such orders are currently listed as "shipped". It's stuck at "it's on its way to the buyer" and "was scheduled" for delivery on X date when you click the tracking pop-up.
I've reported the problem numerous times, but I'd like to know if anyone else has the same issue.
